A magazine about the emotional, sensory, and existential experience of the menstrual cycle.
The magazine was created using collages of sanitary pads, screenshots of escaped (wild) animals, collages on handmade paper, polaroids, and photos from everyday life. The images explore various facets of femininity and the cycle. Woven throughout the pages are personal texts from anonymous women about their experience of menstruation
The magazine contains digital video material that comes to life via the free EyeJack app. By scanning selected pages with your phone, you activate augmented reality video loops that explore the fusion of male and female aspects within the human psyche. The printed magazine combines tactile analog techniques (collages, graphic art, studio photography, text) with raw, lo-fi digital and everyday images.

Edition: Limited and one-off edition of only 25 copies
Signature: All copies are hand-signed, dated, and provided with a unique edition number by the maker.
